Do I need an appointment to come to the showroom?

No! Drop by our showroom any time Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, to explore your kitchen options. Once you're ready to chat with a designer, simply schedule an appointment.

What if i can't make it to the showroom for a design meeting?

We love meeting in person, but we also offer virtual design meetings! With tools like Zoom, the selection process is just as easy from the comfort of your own home.

How long does it take to get a design from us?
Once we have all the project information we need - timeframe, budget, and any other helpful details - our goal is to get back to you within three business days.
Is there a design fee?

We offer a free consultation and most jobs include free designs! If there is going to be a fee, we will discuss it early on in the process.

How long does it take to get cabinets?
From the date of the order, you can expect your cabinets to be ready anywhere between 10 to 45 business days. The exact timeframe will depend on the level of customization you desire.
What's the difference between the cabinets here versus the "Big-box stores"?
We carefully select and showcase these lines of cabinetry, ensuring that you have access to top-notch options. Our cabinetry is crafted by artisans resulting in high-quality finishes and materials.
Does Triumph do cabinet refacing?

We believe that it's usually best to replace the entire kitchen. In our experience, investing in something brand new provides better value and lasting durability.

Is Triumph an interior design company?

Our expertise lies in kitchen design, which is our main focus.

Does Triumph do any electrical and/or plumbing work or will I need to do that?

For your safety and peace of mind, it's important that all electric and/or plumbing work is carried out by a licensed professional. We'll keep you informed and address any questions or concerns in these areas throughout your project.

Do you have good references?
Yes! We have over 200 5-Star reviews. Upon request, we can provide referrals for various builders we work with. We are truly grateful that these builders consistently choose us as their preferred kitchen company.
What kind of experience do you have?
We have 15+ years in business! From our showroom expertise to our extensive experience with all types of cabinetry, we provide a seamless process. We handle deliveries with our own trucks and have an in-house installation team, which significantly reduces damage. In fact, our damage rate is under 1%!
Are you well educated in your field?
Yes, we continually educate ourselves and our staff through ongoing product training, manufacturing tours, trade shows—and KBIS. Most of our staff has extensive experience in the construction industry.
What systems do you use?
We always use the latest in design software. We also use automated payment systems and digital shipping.
Do you use top quality products?
We only use top quality certified products.
Do you understand customer service?
Yes – and we are passionate about it. We do all of our customer service in-house (aka humans that care and will be with you every step of the way!)
Do you offer a referral program?

Yes! We have a referral rewards program that gets you $250 for every purchasing customer that you send our way.

Do you get what you pay for?
We offer warranties on all of our products. All of our products are healthy and certified (ie KCMA, Green Guard). We only sell products we use in our own homes.
Do you guarantee your work?

We are not perfect (nobody is) but should a problem arise, we will make it right.

How to Measure a Kitchen

Outline the Room
Give a rough idea of the shape of the room. Draw any windows, doors, and any wall bump-outs.

Measure Windows & Doors
Measure outside edge to outside edge, INCLUDING the trim.

Measure Ceiling Height
Measure floor to ceiling. If there's a soffit (or other obstruction) also measure from floor to the base of the soffit.

Note the Details
Be sure to note important items like light switches, outlets, vents, pipes, etc.

Plan for Appliances
If you plan on keeping existing appliances, measure their height, depth, and width or write down the model number.
If you plan on purchasing new appliances, be sure to let us know what you choose so we can design around them.
