Finish Process
Catalyzed conversion varnish topcoat: smooth, highly durable, and resistant to most household chemicals. 25 standard paint colors plus stains, glazes, and distressing options, verified in Shiloh Custom Shop's own in-house testing lab.
Construction
1½" wide solid wood face frames, solid wood hanging rail, and solid wood corner blocks in base cabinets. ½" plywood sides with matching hardwood-veneer finished ends; ¾" plywood adjustable shelving with solid metal shelf clips.
Drawer Construction
⅝" hardwood dovetail drawer box standard; ¾" hardwood dovetail available.
Drawer Guides
Blum TANDEM edge ⅞-extension undermount guides with integrated BLUMOTION soft-close standard; Blum TANDEM full-extension optional.
Hinges
Blum CLIP top BLUMOTION concealed hinges: 6-way adjustable and soft-close, in standard or full overlay and flush or beaded inset configurations.
Wood Species
