Triumph Kitchens + Millwork (“Triumph,” “we,” “us”) designs, supplies and installs kitchens and millwork from our showroom at 1090 NH Route 119, Rindge, NH 03461, serving southern New Hampshire and north-central Massachusetts. This policy explains what personal information we collect through triumphkm.com and our business, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.
We do not sell your personal information.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you request a quote, contact us, call us, visit the showroom or become a customer, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, home or project address, and information about your project. Our forms may also record which page or ad you came from.
Information collected automatically. When you visit triumphkm.com we and our partners use cookies, tags and similar technologies to collect information such as your browser and device type, IP address, approximate location, pages visited, how you arrived at the site, and how you interact with pages. We use:
- Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site.
- Google Ads and Google Tag Manager to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries, and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
- Lucky Orange to see anonymized heatmaps and session recordings that help us improve the site.
How we use and share information
We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare designs and quotes, schedule appointments, deliveries and installations, provide service after the sale, communicate about your project, and improve our website and marketing.
We share information only as needed with:
- Service providers that run our business systems: customer and order management, email, phone, website hosting, analytics and scheduling. They may use it only to provide services to us.
- Project partners such as manufacturers, countertop fabricators and installers, when needed to complete your project.
- Google, for advertising. We may share contact information you have given us, such as your email address or phone number, with Google through its Customer Match service. We encrypt (hash) it before it is sent. Google uses it to match you to a Google account so we can show you relevant ads, or so we can avoid showing ads to existing customers. Google does not give us information about you in return.
- Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, customers or employees, and as part of a sale or reorganization of our business.
Your choices
- Advertising: you can turn off personalized ads from Google at adssettings.google.com. To be removed from customer lists we share with Google, email info@triumphkm.com.
- Analytics: you can block Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out browser add-on.
- Cookies: most browsers let you block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work as well without them.
- Email: every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. We will still send messages about an active project.
- Access and deletion: you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us below. We may keep records we need for warranty, tax or legal purposes.
Retention and security
We keep information for as long as needed to serve you, support your project and meet our legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it, but no system is completely secure.
Children
Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
