Getting Started
How much does a new kitchen cost?
It depends on size, cabinet line, and scope, but we're upfront about pricing from the first conversation. Our cabinet lines run from budget-friendly quick-ship options ($) through fully custom ($$$$), and your designer will help you find the right fit for your number. No hidden costs, no surprise line items. See our cabinet comparison for where each line lands.
Is the consultation really free?
Yes, completely. The first phase of our process (Discover) is a no-obligation conversation about your project, whether in person at our Rindge showroom or virtually. You'll leave with a clear idea of options and budget, even if you don't move forward with us.
How long does the whole process take?
Once your design is finalized, cabinet lead times range from 5–10 business days (Mountain Series) to 20–45 business days (custom lines). Your initial design is ready within 3 business days of your consultation. Countertops typically go from template to installed in 2–3 weeks. Your designer builds the full timeline with you upfront, and we hit it.
Do I need to have a contractor already?
No. Homeowners come to us at every stage: some with builders, some without. We handle cabinets, countertops, millwork, and installation ourselves, and we can coordinate with your contractor or help you figure out what your project needs.
Products & Quality
What's the difference between your cabinet lines?
We carry 8+ lines across three tiers: Quick-to-Ship (Mountain Series · 5–10 days, great value), Semi-Custom (Diamond Vibe, Aspect, Distinction, Euro Line: more options, 20–40 days), and Custom Shop (Shiloh Custom Shop, Eclipse Custom Shop, Plato Custom Shop: fully custom, 20–45 days). All are built by artisans, fully assembled, and factory finished. See the full comparison.
Are your cabinets solid wood?
Our lines feature all-plywood construction (with furniture board options on some semi-custom and custom lines, depending on configuration). Every cabinet arrives fully assembled and factory finished, not flat-packed.
Do you do more than kitchens?
Yes: bathroom vanities, mudroom systems, built-in shelving, fireplace surrounds, pantries, closets, and whole-home trim. Same team, same craftsmanship, every room. See our millwork page.
Delivery & Installation
Who does the installation?
Our own crews, no subcontractors. The same company that designs and supplies your kitchen installs it, which means one schedule, one standard, and one point of accountability.
What if something arrives damaged or wrong?
We will make it right. That's our guarantee, and it's unconditional. Our Details phase exists to prevent errors before ordering, and our Double Back phase means we follow up within 30 days after completion to confirm everything is perfect.
Do you deliver to job sites?
Yes: white-glove, just-in-time delivery on our own trucks, scheduled around your construction timeline. For builders, we coordinate directly with your site schedule so cabinets aren't sitting in the way for weeks. We serve projects within about an hour's drive of our Rindge, NH showroom, across southern New Hampshire and north-central Massachusetts.
For Builders
Do you work with builders and contractors?
That's most of what we do: 80% of our business comes through builder and contractor partners. We offer dedicated designers for your clients, guaranteed timelines, and volume pricing. Learn about the Building Partners program.
Can you handle multi-unit projects?
Yes: condos, apartments, hospitality, and workforce housing. Spec lock-in, phased delivery aligned to your construction sequence, and one installation crew across every unit. See our multi-family page.
